  CITB COURSES

CITB approved courses, who should attend?

All health and safety legislation requires all personnel to be competent and to have received relevant health and safety training.  The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 re-emphasizes this requirement and it’s Approved Code of Practice goes much further in that it refers to the CITB’s Site safety Plus courses (or equivalent) as providing the minimum requirements for competence and training for trainees, site workers, site supervisors, foreman, etc and site agents and or managers.  For individuals and Companies to comply with health and safety law and to demonstrate Company and employee competencies the following courses have been designed and identified as being appropriate for the following persons.
